| i know that some people have to learn instruments at school (like my old old school taught how to play guitar)
i know that some people have to learn instruments because of their MUM (or dad!) (like me)
i know some LUCKY people get to choose what instrument they want to learn (if any)
so what's your case?
(even if you don't play anything, maybe there is something you want to learn? :) )
well i can play the piano ( ONLY A TINY BIT!!)
and let me tell you, learning how to play the piano is a good excuse for not practicing because you can say 'oh we can't afford one' ;D
anyway, i quit YEARS AGO so now i can't do much...
but now that exam's over i'm going to get my friend to teach me!!!
and my mum made me learn violin... and it turned out to be quite nice!! :P
i'm grade 6 practical now and i'm in my school's strings ensemble :D (and i'm the worst there boo hoo)
anyway, if you know how to play violin and you happen to come across this, GIVE ME TIPS ON VIBRATO AND SHIFTS!!!!

| Long time ago i've tried playing guitar but unfortunately i couldn't find enough time for it. Maybe a little later. But what i really want to play is violin but it needs a lot more practice (at least i think so) so it'd even harder for me than to start playing guitar again.

| It has been years,k but I can play almost all brass but the french horn. I first learned to play the trumpet, then went to baritone, trombone, tuba. I have one at home but I recently re-tuned it after 10 years of not touching it. Boy does it sound bad..Sorry!

i want to learn guitar too because it SEEMS like the type that you can teach yourself quite easily... is it? :P
for me, i do need quite a bit of time to practice violin because i'm in the school emsemble and the teacher in charge will kill me if i'm not up to her standard D:
but i think if you really want to learn it you'll be able to find time for it!! :) unless you get sick of it after a while....
